Hello,

 

I have refilled the printer cartridge, and the dashboard still shows the same "Low ink" error. 

The cartridge has not been damaged. 

I don't understand why the same error message continues appearing in the dashboard.

 

Could you please help me solve this issue?

The ink level is stored on the chip, if you have only refilled you have done only half the job, and the printer still reads a low level from the chip.

The printer doesn't know you refill, it reads from the chip's old level.

How can I reconfigure the chip? Is it possible?
