Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried for 2 weeks to solve this issue. Despite removing the printer and re-adding it, reinstalling software, restoring factory settings, cleaning printer and installing 2 brand new HP cartridges I still get the same error message. I have even disabled HP cartridge protection but nothing works.

This is my last option before I throw it out and buy another printer (which will not be HP).

 

Can anyone help please? Is there nothing else I can try? 

 

Grateful for any assistance.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode. Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

If you have used more than 1 ink cartridge and have the same error, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Thanks for trying to help Kumar but absolutely nothing works. The printer has been disposed of and I have ordered a new Canon one arriving tomorrow.
