Hello, I've had a 6950 for just over a year, am subscribed to HP Instant Ink and have always used genuine HP ink in my new printer. The latest batch of cartridges have upset the printer and it is asking for set up cartridges - who keeps set up cartridges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have contacted HP Support for hours to no avail, the case has been "escalated" which seems to mean I can wait for up to 4 business days for a response. HP have kindly ordered me new cartridges which could take 3-5 business days but i need my printer NOW. Can anyone help and yes I've repowered the printer 500 times, my printer's screen shows "Use SETUP cartridges that came with the printer". It will not let me print anything and the printer won't even accept my previous used HP cartridges. Please help. HP this is not good enough, you know this problem exists, please fix it instead of private messaging people ! This is soooo frustrating.

Hi @markmcl,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "use setup cartridges" error.
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
