I have the so called Platinum " thing. A printer 9150. Anyways they sent me a bad yellow cartilage. I am severely hard of hearing so I dont call places that have off shore, I use chat. Chat is refusing to help. At this point I am done and will send it all back and no Im not paying for a printer im returning as I can not get the support I need.
