Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Using the HP Smart App:
- Ensure that you have the HP Smart app installed on your mobile device or computer.
- Connect the HP ENVY 6065e to the HP Smart app.
- On the app home screen, select your printer.
- The ink levels should be displayed, showing both the black and color cartridges and indicating which needs replacement
