Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Using the HP Smart App:

  • Ensure that you have the HP Smart app installed on your mobile device or computer.
  • Connect the HP ENVY 6065e to the HP Smart app.
  • On the app home screen, select your printer.
  • The ink levels should be displayed, showing both the black and color cartridges and indicating which needs replacement
