HP post-paid envelope badly torn, can you replace please? With a bigger envelope as I now have more cartridges to recycle. Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

You can easily request a new and larger recycling envelope directly from the HP Instant Ink website. Just sign in to your account, go to the “Cartridge Recycling” section, and place a request for a replacement envelope.

That’ll ensure you receive a fresh one for all your used cartridges. 😊
