I purchased an HP combo pack HP 67 XL black ink cartridge and reg size color. Upon installing my black as I have done so many times I got an error message that the cartridge was bad and to install another. I took it out and put back in and got message cartridge is not communicating with printer. I went back to Walmart to get my refund and they said I had to contact you all. I have the black cartridge in a ziplock bag but I have not opened the color one as I didn't need that one yet. I am a teacher and NEED my printer. My husband bought me a new one today HP smart tank 5101. I would like a refund for the bundle pack. I have pictures of my receipts and I also have pictures of the error message. Also my computer is a MacBook Pro and is running Mac OS Sequoia. Thanks
