I have a hp laser jet m281fdw printer bought in UK.  Now I brought it to Hong Kong.  It come to time that I need to replace the black cartridge.  I get an error message " incompatible black cartridge" after put in a new cartridge.  I have tried few new cartridges and got the same message.  From this community site, I come to know that I might need to reset the regional code on the printer.  I don't know how to do it.  Please help.
