HP Deskjet F2480 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I replaced my color cartridge with a brand new cartridge and it is not printing colors on the test print sheet and not printing when I print something with color - I have not gotten any error messages.  I even replaced the new cartridge with another new cartridge, but nothing!  What am I doing wrong?  I have never encountered issues with any HP printer before.  I researched troubleshooting help, but none of those have worked either.  Can someone please help me - I need a printer for my work.  Thank you!!

I understand you are facing an ink cartridge issue with your HP Deskjet F2480 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better-

 

  • Are you using genuine HP Ink cartrdiges?
  • Does the copy print out the same way? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further. 

 

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
