Hi all,
I have a brand new (45minutes old) Envy Inspire 7900e. During the setup process, the coloured “setup” cartridge was ok but the black setup cartridge: “not communicating correctly with the printer” and goes on to say replace the cartridge. Soi put in a brand new black ink cartridge and the message tells me I have to use the set up cartridge.
no support available until Monday….
Any help appreciated.

I see that you are facing setup cartridge issues on your HP Envy Inspire 7900e printer.
We need to follow a few steps to bypass this error message. These instructions are printer specific hence cannot be shared in public.
