Hi, I need setup cartridges. Can I get them cheaper from HP than from Amazon or elsewhere?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Setup cartridges are not available for purchase, as they are specially designed to come with the printer and are required to initialize the unit during the first-time setup.

 

Could you please provide the model number of your printer? If the setup cartridges were missing from the box, we may need to perform an OOBE (Out-Of-Box Experience) reset on the unit to proceed.
