smart tank 510 printer started missing cyan colour then after running cleaning cycle a couple of times the yellow has now stopped working, i have tried running off a number of heavily coloured prints but no change. there is plenty of ink in the printer but cannot check the printheads as there is no issue detected so they wont centre for me to remove.
