Product: HP Smart Tank 615 Wireless All-in-One

I have a Smart Tank 615 printer.

Yesterday, the printer suddenly stopped printing the color yellow. You can see in the document I printed that one half is still displaying colors normally, while the other half is missing the yellow.

Since then, I have spent several hours trying to fix it. I cleaned the cartridge, both using the program and manually, and removed any air bubbles in the yellow tube, etc.

I cannot figure out what is wrong, and I am very frustrated that a printer that is only 2.5 years old, was really expensive and is essential for my work suddenly stopped working.

Do you have any tips on what to do?
