Hi everyone, 

I have a brand new printer Envy 6000 which I tried to install last Sat after it sat in my office after a housemove. I cannot locate the starter cartridges because the box was disposed of, here is the data - can anyone help me please with a workaround. I have real ink cartridges but receive a loop of errors. I'm slowly kind of desperate to print a document. Many thanks in advance for your help !

I understand that you want to bypass the setup cartridges, and I am glad to assist you.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
