streaks on my multiple prints

I get to 2 streaks going down the page (they bleed) as I make multiple prints. one is 1 1/4" from the left and the other about 4". I've only seen it in black as I haven't printed color multiples yet. Any suggestions?

First thing to do is examine the black cartridge to see if there are marks on the drum (blue green cylinder on the bottom) that match the defect that is printing. Try another cartridge. If using cheap knock-offs be prepared for a 20-30 percent failure rate. Can you post a sample? If the mark repeats down the page you may also have a fuser issue. Can you post a sample picture?

Here is a sample page of the two streaks. they are black and the cartridge does show ONE black streak on the drum. The pages show 2.
