HP ENVY 6075 All-In-One Printer

My Envy 6075 won't print solid yellow (among other problems). I contacted support on 9/13/25. After many hours of troubleshooting via chat, we determined the printer needs to be replaced under warranty. I expected to hear from Level 2 support, but did not, so on 9/19/25, I chatted with support again. On 9/22, a Level 2 tech asked for my address, which I sent. On 9/23, he said he did not get my reply, so I sent it again. Meanwhile, I have spent hours over the last week chatting with support. They all say the Level 2 tech is handling this. On 9/23, I got an email that ink (!) was ordered, but nothing about the printer. My first few emails to the Level 2 tech seemed to go through, but my last 2 emails to him bounced with the message "unmonitored mailbox."

Please help me get this printer replaced under warranty. [edited]
