Dear HP Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

 

I am writing to report a technical issue with a newly purchased printer:

HP Laser MFP 135a (Model No: 4ZB82A)

 

Upon the very first setup and startup, the printer displayed the message: “Very Low Toner – Stop”, and it does not print or copy despite being brand new and properly set up according to the manual.

 

I kindly request a technical report stating the condition of the printer and confirming if there is a manufacturing defect, so I may proceed with the return or repair through the vendor.

 

Please find attached a photo of the printer’s display showing the issue.

One or more of these HP videos may be helpful.  Possibly the toner electrical contacts are not clean.

 

It is under warranty and you can get help form HP.How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
