Dear HP Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to report a technical issue with a newly purchased printer:
HP Laser MFP 135a (Model No: 4ZB82A)
Upon the very first setup and startup, the printer displayed the message: “Very Low Toner – Stop”, and it does not print or copy despite being brand new and properly set up according to the manual.
I kindly request a technical report stating the condition of the printer and confirming if there is a manufacturing defect, so I may proceed with the return or repair through the vendor.
Please find attached a photo of the printer’s display showing the issue.
Thank you for your support.
