I am having printing problems after the latest Windows update.

The black cartridge won't print at all and the blue cartridge is showing up as cyan
when I print a test page. I am using refilled cartridges but I never had a problem before.
I assume this may be a software problem. I uninstalled the printer & driver and
reinstalled it but I still have the same problem.
Also when I check printer properties I get this message:
"Device SWD\PRINTENUM\WSD-4665f335-18db-4284-bcad-2434ec7be528 requires further installation."
