I understand your HP Officejet Pro 8035 is not printing blue ink despite trying multiple cartridges, There are a few potential issues to consider. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Cartridge Installation
- Ensure that the blue cartridge is installed correctly.
- Make sure the protective tape on the cartridge has been removed.
2. Clean the Printhead
- Using Printer's Software: Software and Drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer
- Go to the printer software on your computer.
- Look for the option to clean the printhead (usually found under Maintenance or Printer Services).
- Manually Cleaning the Printhead:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Open the printer and locate the printhead.
- Use a lint-free cloth and distilled water to gently clean the printhead.
- Allow the printhead to dry completely before reinstalling it.
3. Run a Printhead Alignment
- Go to the printer software and look for the option to align the printhead.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the alignment process.
