I've had the cartridge in for several weeks and the printer was giving me printer errors. I took out the black cartridge and notice on the bottom of the printer a black blob of ink - I looked at bottom of cartridge and the piece that holds the ink in is missing?? Never had this happen before - my guess is a faulty cartridge??
