Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought this printer a year ago and just installed it. had a devil of a time doing even with the smart app.   finally installed and connected to wifi .  but now have two problems.  one, the smart app states only some features installed .   ive spent two hours on this.   second, brand new cartridges and the color is way off.   too much yellow no reds or orange.  .

Uninstall and reinstall the HP smart app /  and drivers. Click here
