"Indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer." Envy 5055
This message occurred after replacing the ink cartridges. I have tried restarting, using ANOTHER brand new cartridge, cleaning the head and cartridges (like this post suggested) and still cannot print The only thing that worked was putting back in the old color cartridge, which was old, so I still cannot print in color.
I do not have an ink subscription because I only print occasionally every few months. Every time I need to print a document I have to purchase new ink, which is already annoying.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
