I bought this printer online, that will not accept local HP ink. I was told by HP Support ie. sandytechy20 that it needed a region change. Got in contact with him, put in the codes, but I get this error: "the printer has rejected the region reset request". The support guy sandytechy20 won’t reply anymore, i think he abandoned the case as it’s been more than 10days he last replied. Any help pls
