My printer has ink fabric/material torn in pieces and coming out of printer.  Now the printing on paper has black streaks. Cannot seem to get the streaks to go away.  I have selected the "Clean Printhead" and "Align Printer" to see if the streaks could get resolved but little change.  Any ideas of what this fabric/material pieces are and how to fix?

@shayanne, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

Kindly check inside the printer for any breakage/damage. Follow the steps from - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays

Check the ink cartridges as well. Make sure they are not damaged or leaking.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Use alternate ink cartridges and check if that helps.

If not, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
