Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Are there any Humans in here?  Dealing with this asinine virtual "assistant" is tiresome.  None of its canned questions fit my needs.  I want to transfer the enrollment of my 5660 printer to a used 5255 printer.
