On March 21, 2025, I attempted to purchase 4 toner cartridges for my printer (cyan, magenta, yellow & black) totaling ~ 482 USD. I went to the HP store, put the cartridges into my shopping cart and attempted to make the purchase. HP said my card was rejected and, for security reasons, had no other information. I called my CC company and they assured me that neither they nor VISA cancelled the purchase. I called HP Customer Support and a wonderful lady named Janice tried to help me make the purchase. Again failure whether I used my card or PayPal. Again HP blamed rejection on the bank. After talking to my CC company again (who told me to STOP), they suggested it was HP who rejected the transaction. There were 6 attempts in all.
Has anyone else had this experience?
This is probably my last HP printer.
