I purchased 2 black ink cartridges (950 Cartridges) from Walmart on 5/8/2025 and 5/12/2025 and neither work. I am getting error messages stating "one or more cartridges are damaged K" (which is the black I just purchased) and "One or more of the cartridges have been recently used K" (which is the black I just purchased). Walmart wont exchange or give me my money back even with the receipts. How do I get these ink cartridges to work.
