Hi @ChrisE76,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To set up your HP Envy 4502 printer on your Windows 11 laptop using a cable, you can manually download the setup files from HP's website. Since you're having trouble with the website accepting your serial number, you can try downloading the driver directly without entering the serial number. Here's how you can do it.

Download the Driver:

  • Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
  • In the search bar, type "HP Envy 4502" and press Enter.
  • Select your printer model from the list.
  • Choose your operating system as Windows 11.
  • Download the "Full Feature Software and Drivers" package.

Install the Driver:

  • Once the download is complete, run the installer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions. When prompted, connect your printer to your laptop using the USB cable.

Complete the Setup:

  • After the driver installation is complete, your printer should be ready to use. You can test it by printing a test page.

If you encounter any issues during the installation, make sure your Windows 11 laptop is up to date and try using a different USB port or cable.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
