I have been an HP user forever. This deskjet2752e is the last one I will ever buy.

I un-enrolled for the ink plan. I have two cartridges from that plan that will not work because of this.

How do I unlock these cartridges?

All Instant Ink Cartridges only work with an active subscription.

There is no "unlock" -- Instant Ink cartridges are intended to work while your printer is enrolled in the service.

If you wish to continue using the printer,

Uninstall all the Instant Ink cartridges.

Instant Ink Cartridges remain the property of HP -- Ideally, return the cartridges (free service) to HP for recycling.

Purchase a new set of HP cartridges and install in the printer.
