May I know if you are using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using with a computer, which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

 

Could you please elaborate on what's happening with your printer? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!
