bought new hp  envy inspire 7920e came with  a 305 colour cartridge and a 303 colour cartridge . I then realise no black so went out bought black 303 come back put in both 303 and still says same message use set up cartridges that came with printer can you help

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.

 

Please make sure you have the correct cartridges for the printer. In the meantime, I request you to follow the steps mentioned below.

 

Restore factory defaults:

  1. Open the cartridge access door.
  2. On the control panel, press and hold the Power and Wireless buttons for at least 3 seconds.
  3. After about 20 seconds, close the cartridge access door.
