Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Problem: Cannot open ink door for HP 7400 

 

History: Replaced an ink cartridge with new non-HP and then got error message stating the cartridge was blocked by the printer firmware because it contained a non-HP chip. When I went to replace it,the door would not open. It seems to be latched somehow.  No recent software or driver changes.
