HP Recommended

I have replaced ink cartridges twice and can only get printer to print in blue or black. I have cleaned the print heads numerous times and no luck. I hate to trash this printer but getting frustrated. Printer did sit for about a year without being turned on,

Hi,

Is this an HP printer? I could only find an Epson wf07610 printer when searching online.

 

Assuming this is not an HP printer, please check with your printer manufacturer for help, they are more familiar with their products 😉
