Product: HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

I buy official HP 65 printer cartridges -- have bought from Best Buy and Amazon.  Just put a new tri-color printer cartridge in and I'm getting message that the cartridge is "counterfeit"?????  Printer doesn't recognize the cartridge and won't print color.   The cartridge was in the blue/white HP package and it looks EXACTLY like the last one I put in.  So, what's going on?  Where can I buy ink, if the official HP ink is counterfeit (or not recognized by the printer)?

Tried to get online support and, OF COURSE, I was told I needed to buy a new computer. LOLLLLL   What kind of scam is HP pulling here in order to sell more product????
