Hi @Vishal961

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your printer is having trouble rendering images properly while text prints fine. Here are some possible causes and solutions:

Troubleshooting Steps

Check Printer Settings

  • Open Printer Preferences and ensure the print mode is set to Best Quality or Photo Mode.
  • Try enabling Print as Image in the print dialog (especially for PDFs).

Update Printer Drivers

  • Go to Device Manager (Win + X > Device Manager).
  • Expand Printers, right-click your printer, and select Update driver.
  • Alternatively, download the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website.

Run Print Head Cleaning

  • Open Printer Maintenance and run a Print Head Cleaning cycle.
  • If available, run a Deep Cleaning cycle to clear clogged nozzles.

Check Ink Levels & Cartridges

  • Ensure all ink cartridges are properly seated and have sufficient ink.
  • If using a refilled cartridge, it might not dispense ink correctly.

Try a Different File Format

  • If printing a PDF, try converting it to JPEG or PNG before printing.
  • Some printers struggle with certain file formats.

Test with a Different App

  • Try printing from Microsoft Paint or Adobe Acrobat instead of Word.
  • If the issue persists across apps, it’s likely a printer setting problem.
