white line issue

Hi,

thank you for the previous help with the ghosting. I bought some hp paper and that issue is now resolved.

 

I hope you can help this none techy new laser printer owner with the my white line issue.

On every print my new printer has done there is a fine white line in the same place.

I have callibrated it, and I have tried the cleaning option.

When I do the clean it prints a blank sheet and the cleaning message on my laptop is there forever and a day!

 

Please can you advise how I can solve this?

It has been the most frustrating few days ever!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region from which you are contacting us. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
