why haven't i received my ink yet

Just wondering why it's been so long since I've received any ink, the pmnt keeps getting taken out of my acct but yet I still haven;t gotten any ink deliveries for a while now.

When you sign up for the Instant Ink program you are NOT purchasing ink, you are purchasing a subscription to a set number of pages per month.  The ink is supplied, but remains the property of HP and must be returned if you cancel the program in accordance with the terms of service. See sections 5.d and 9.c of the USA Terms of Service contract.

The way it is supposed to work:

The service monitors the printer -- the printer monitors that ink supply.

When ink is needed, the printer notifies the service - the service responds by ordering and sending ink.

Go to section "Your Ink" > Topic Where is my ink or toner?

and / or

Sign into your Instant Ink account and check the details.

If you have not done so, try contacting the Instant Ink support team - ask to have your account checked.
