HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer

Whats wrong with my HP Envy 6052e All In One Series Printer just sending blank paper even though it has new ink cartridges. It was printing fine until I had to replace the cartridges.

Hi @Silverfox7054,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer printing blank pages!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

Check Ink Levels

  • Even new cartridges can be faulty or not properly installed.
  • Open HP Smart App or Printer Settings → Check ink levels.

Ensure Correct Cartridge Installation

  • Open the printer cover and reinsert the cartridges.
  • Make sure they click into place properly.

Run a Test Print

  • Print a test page to check if any ink is coming out:
    • Press Power + Cancel buttons together on the printer.

Clean the Printhead

Automatic Cleaning

  1. Go to Printer Settings on the printer’s touchscreen or HP Smart App.
  2. Select Tools → Clean Printhead.
  3. Run it 2-3 times if needed.

Manual Cleaning (If Needed)

  1. Remove the ink cartridges.
  2. Use a soft cloth with warm water to gently clean the printhead.
  3. Let it dry and reinsert the cartridges.

Software & Driver Checks

Restart Your Printer & Computer

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 1 minute, then turn it back on.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

  1. Go to HP Support and download the latest drivers.
  2. Uninstall the printer from Control Panel → Devices and Printers.
  3. Reinstall it and try printing again.

Use HP Diagnostic Tools

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

  • Download from HP’s website and follow the steps to fix issues.

Use Genuine HP Cartridges

  • If you’re using third-party ink, it may not work properly.

Try a Different Paper Type

  • Use plain white A4 paper (some settings may be preventing ink from printing).

Let me know if this helps! 😊
