Hi @Silverfox7054,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer printing blank pages!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Check Ink Levels
- Even new cartridges can be faulty or not properly installed.
- Open HP Smart App or Printer Settings → Check ink levels.
Ensure Correct Cartridge Installation
- Open the printer cover and reinsert the cartridges.
- Make sure they click into place properly.
Run a Test Print
- Print a test page to check if any ink is coming out:
- Press Power + Cancel buttons together on the printer.
Clean the Printhead
Automatic Cleaning
- Go to Printer Settings on the printer’s touchscreen or HP Smart App.
- Select Tools → Clean Printhead.
- Run it 2-3 times if needed.
Manual Cleaning (If Needed)
- Remove the ink cartridges.
- Use a soft cloth with warm water to gently clean the printhead.
- Let it dry and reinsert the cartridges.
Software & Driver Checks
Restart Your Printer & Computer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it for 1 minute, then turn it back on.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to HP Support and download the latest drivers.
- Uninstall the printer from Control Panel → Devices and Printers.
- Reinstall it and try printing again.
Use HP Diagnostic Tools
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download from HP’s website and follow the steps to fix issues.
Use Genuine HP Cartridges
- If you’re using third-party ink, it may not work properly.
Try a Different Paper Type
- Use plain white A4 paper (some settings may be preventing ink from printing).
