Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why does my HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw print with yellow colour smear and double image of the top of a page at the bottom of a same page? Meaning it will double print on top of an actual page with the top part at the same page with dual image at the bottom? Tried to on off after 1 minutes and reinstall software and also wiping the cartridge plus the glass areas, nothing works.
