zurückstellen auf werkseinstellungen um patrone wechsel von 60 auf 300

Hallo, mein Drucker wurde beim Studium in die USA gekauft jetzt mit zurückgenommen nach Österreich,

Hier kann ich die HP Patronen Nr 60 nicht bekommen aber hier sind die HP 300 zuständig.

leider gibt der Drucker immer an inkompatible Patronen.

Wie kann ich den Drucker auf Werkseinstellungen zurückstellen das der Drucker die HP 300 Patronen erkennt und nicht als Fehler angibt.

my printer was bought while studying in the USA, now I have come back to Austria.

Here I can not get the HP cartridges No. 60 but here are the HP 300 responsible.

Unfortunately, the printer always specifies an incompatible cartridge.

 How can I reset the printer to factory settings that the printer recognizes the HP 300 cartridges and does not indicate them as errors.

You will need to do a Regionalization Reset to be able to use the HP 300 cartridges

Please contact HP Support for assistance with the Reset

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
