Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

it is not possible to feed 220gr / m2 photo paper A4 format, the paper does not come off the printer rollers slide on it, however in the description it is indicated up to 330gr / m2

HP Recommended

Max is 280gsm for HP photo paper.

If you are using non-HP paper those if low quality can be hard to feed from the tray.
