Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I cannot print photos. The 4X6 tray is grayed out. Even if I try to use the paper tray with 4X6 photo paper, the printer cannot seem to pick it up. I don't think I have printed photos from this printer ever, so it is not like it worked and now it doesn't. It prints on paper from the bottom tray without difficulty. Thoughts?
