Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

9015E All in One -2-sided scanning jams.  Is this a known issue and/or is there a way to fix it?

 

When using 2-sided scanning from ADF the paper jams after the 1st or second sheet.  HP acknowledged the problem and replaced the unit.  The replacement unit has the exact same problem. The specs indicate that up to 22 pages will work and it does, but only if new sheets of paper are used.  They now offer to send a 3rd unit or another one of my choice, However, I do not know what to chose because the 9015e is the best model they offer in this category.
