Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

I got a paper jam. I think I cleared it all? But now flashes a blue screen with error code C4E82C3 and then goes to a black screen that says printer error there is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer off, then on. I can't do either. Please help!

I understand that you are getting a C4E82C3 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
