After print job is done, 2nd print job starts and produces blank page

After a print job is done, my printer pulls another piece of paper like it was a new print job.  Page of course comes out blank.  Researched this for hours.  Have run all updates including firmware.  Unplugged, let sit 20 min, re-plugged.  Paper rollers clean.  Print heads clean.  At this point am at a loss
