Hola buen dia por favor alguien puede decirme como llevo la impresora  a un sitio de servicio técnico,  ya que la he usado 3 veces y el papel se atasco y no hay forma de que vuelva a funcionar . Ya he hecho to lo que dicen las páginas y los programas de soporte y no ha servido . Nesecito servicio personal. Gracias un saludo.
