HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer - C310a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My C310 displays a Paper jam message on startup, I've tried disconnecting the power with it on, unplugging the adaptor from the wall for 3 minutes, holding down the power button for 30 seconds, aligning printhead, removing all printer ink cartridges, and nothing will clear the paper jam message. It will not feed paper at all. there was never even a paper jam because the rollers are old and won't even feed paper properly anymore

I was able to get it going by cleaning the print head thoroughly with boiling water/isopropyl alcohol. As for the paper feed rollers, I had to slide a drive gear over, apply epoxy to the shaft, and slide the gear back, then add it to the sides of the gear for it to function properly again. Mind you this printer has been sitting collecting dust for a good 3 years now. I don't know how the gear stripped out while sitting unplugged, but it did.
