HP Recommended

HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP283 fdw reporting error message "open tray, check paper guides and load paper."  I have tried rebooting, changing the paper, cleaning the rollers, etc.  When the printer restarts, no paper feeds from the tray and the same error message appears.  Any thoughts? Thanks.
