Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We just purchased and installed a brand-new HP 7740 Printer. The front end of Tray #2 (bottom tray) on our brand-new printer does not have a plastic cover to protect it from falling debris when loaded with 11"x17" paper.  The old HP 7740 printer, that we no longer have, came equipped with a cover for the exposed end of Tray #2.  We request that HP send us a cover for the Tray #2, or send us a replacement tray that includes a plastic cover.
