Product: HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

I bought this printer in June 2021 and it's worked a handful of times, but now it won't actually print any words although there is plenty of ink. Trying to find information on how to clean the print heads was impossible because the website is puzzling and mysterious. All of a sudden I have seven windows open, none of which have helpful information. Now there is an issue with the paper feeding properly--I have disconnected, cleaned the rollers (typical to HP directions, it suggests something impossible to do-- rotate them with your fingers) the best I could and still the paper does not advance. 

Trying to get support is another saga- phone support for out of warranty products is "not available at this time".
